Mick Smith set up his company to offer an alternative source for high level training and applications support on Zeiss and Stiefelmayer software products. He has over 20 years experience in Customer Service which includes identifying customer requirements prior to demonstrations.

He is able to assist his customers in the training and application support needed to operate their machines in a more effective and efficient manner.

Full customer service includes organising all details of training courses required. Using personal experience he is able to tailor the courses to suit the company needs following the purchase of a machine.

Services offered include programming work to customer requirements and working plans as well as contract measurement of customer components to drawings and CAD data.
